30-day money-back guarantee

Supporter subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Side B isn’t what you hoped for, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required (though we’d love to hear it).

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or reach out through our Contact page and we’ll help get it sorted.

Cancellations

You can cancel a Supporter subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your premium features stay active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Mixtapes you’ve already made and sent stay exactly where they are.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the money to show up.
