When you create a Side B account, we collect your email address and any display name you choose. If you make a mixtape, we store the songs, title, dedication, and any voice notes you add. We also keep basic usage logs so the app can function (for example, authentication sessions and mixtape IDs).

How we use it

We use your information to run Side B: creating mixtapes, sending them to recipients, syncing your library, and processing Supporter subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing with third parties

We use a few trusted services to keep Side B running:

• Lovable Cloud for authentication, database, and storage.
• Paddle for payment processing if you become a Supporter.
• Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube for song search and playback links.
• Sender for optional newsletter/email delivery if you sign up for updates.

Cookies and tracking

Side B uses standard session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can delete your mixtapes, update your profile, or stop receiving newsletter emails at any time. To close your account or request a copy of your data, contact us through the Contact page.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for your data. Access to your account is protected by your password or social sign-in provider.

Changes

We may update this policy as Side B grows. If we make significant changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.
